[ANNOUNCE] Apache Hadoop Ozone 0.5.0-beta release

Hi all,
I am happy to announce that the Apache Hadoop Ozone 0.5.0-beta has been
released.
Apache Hadoop Ozone 0.5.0 is the first beta release of Ozone.

The release details, including links to downloads, list of major features
