Problems downloading 2.1

I'm in trouble downloading 2.1 CVS
I think it's a problem related with the
firewall / proxy my company uses.

Is there an orthodox way (I mean ftp or http)
of downloading 2.1 ?
I found a Code Repository in Cocoon page
but I'm not sure what should I download.

Any help will be appreciated.
