The actual Download URL is http://forrest.apache.org/mirrors.cgi#svn
which explains both "SVN" access and "Snapshots" then links
to the URL that Antonio provided.

The snapshots do appear to be regularly generated.

We need to add a note that the Snapshots contain UNIX-style
line-endings.
