Thanks for your report, I believe this is likely a duplicate of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1089
There is a temporary workaround posted on the user mailing list ([http://apache-guacamole-general-user-mailing-list.2363388.n4.nabble.com/Guacamole-FreeRDP-disconnect-td8575.html)|http://apache-guacamole-general-user-mailing-list.2363388.n4.nabble.com/Guacamole-FreeRDP-disconnect-td8575.html),]
Essentially you could try recompiling Guacamole server. If that doesn't fix the issue then downgrade to the previous version of FreeRDP for the present.
