Bouncing mail? [Fwd: ezmlm warning]

Is anybody on the XML-RPC mailing list having bouncing problems with yahoo?

The yahoo message belows points to a link that states

"Your connection may be rejected because the email server that you use 
for sending email is probably an "open relay" or "open proxy." "

The mail from apache.org
Name:    apache.org
Address:  140.211.11.10

Looking at both links on they yahoo webpage, apache.org doesn't appear 
as a Spam site on http://www.robtex.com/rbls/140.211.11.10.html (the 
link from the yahoo page),

and the anonymous test fails from
http://www.abuse.net/relay.html
as it times-out.

I'd be very surprised if apache.org were and open relay / proxy into 
days high spam environment.  Perhaps just a temporary glitch?
