Unable to download org-cybergarage:cyberlink-upnp-patched

For three days, I've been trying to build Felix but it has been failing with

    Downloading:
    http://domoware.isti.cnr.it/maven2/org-cybergarage/cyberlink-upnp-patched/1.7.1/cyberlink-upnp-patched-1.7.1.pom

I'm new to both Maven and Felix.  I thought that domoware.isti.cnr.it 
was one of the standard Maven repositories.

I'll ask someone over on the Felix mailing list to post a copy of the 
pom (and associated JAR file?).

First, I'd ask whoever owns/operates the domoware.isti.cnr.it machine
to please put it back up on the Net.

If that doesn't work, ask someone who has that pom file to dig it out
of their local repo and send it to you, then add it to your local repo
manually.

You (generally) cannot proceed without the pom files for all artifacts
and dependencies of a project.
