If a vote has been recorded for an issue, the entry on the screen is slightly grayed out.
This is not particularly obvious, though at least on a desktop the hover text does explain.

However, hover text does not work on mobile/tablet.

The 'voted' indication should be more obvious, and should not rely on a hue/saturation change (which may not even be visible to some people).
