   This PR includes all the artifacts to deploy kafka package to OpenWhisk on K8s, including
   - a deployment and service `kafkaprovider`  to deploy openwhisk/kafkaprovider
   - a job `kafkapkginstaller` to install actions and feeds
   - docker files to create the image `kafkapkginstaller` which will be used by the job
   
   Please review it and see if it can be merged to the master branch. Thank you.
