[I] Task Dduration is missing in dag view while task is running. [airflow]

### What happened?
When the task is in the running state, the 'Duration' is not visible in the UI. It is only visiblwe once the dag is in a terminal state.

This appears to have begun with Airflow 3.1.1, and is till happening in 3.1.7.
### What you think should happen instead?
In previous versions, including 3.0.x and 3.1.0, 'Duration' was visible while the task was running, as wel as after the task was in a terminal state.

### How to reproduce
Run any dag in 3.1.1+ and view the dags page during the task run.

This was changed in 8847e646b802857e6665e63a010bfb24d45c1f96 . DagRun header calculates the duration from start_date and end_date. TaskInstance header should also do it when TaskInstance.duration is null with task instance in running state.
