Sample webapp that demonstrates the problem.

STR:

1. Map JspServlet to /jsp/*
2. Create a directory /jsp/dir
3. Make a request to /jsp/dir

Result:

Stack trace is from Tomcat 7: changing product.

Fixed in trunk (8.0.x) and 7.0.x and will be included in 7.0.23 onwards.
