Refresh resp. Redirect

There are currently at least four Redirect files resp. Refresh

M src/webapp/lenya/xslt/admin/common/redirect.xsl
M src/webapp/lenya/xslt/authoring/edit/redirect-to.xsl
M src/webapp/lenya/xslt/util/redirect-document.xsl
M src/webapp/lenya/xslt/util/redirect.xsl

Wouldn't it make sense to consolidate that?

Also there is still the problem that Mozilla (at least under Linux)
doesn't really execute the Refresh command. Has this anything to do with
XHTML?

Thanks

Michi

I guess there was a reason, although I don't remember. But sure we can give
it a try again.

why not do it on the server? client-side redirects are quite broken.

e.g. redirecting after document creation, etc. Actually most usecases
are calling them in the end.
