AOO has no import filter for ChemDraw. Therefore it takes the emf-pictures,
which are inside the document. And these show the chemical structure already in
the shifted, cut kind.

Please ask in a Microsoft forum, how to import ChemDraw in way to a Word
document, that MS Word generates correct replacement pictures.

For AOO Writer you should try to export to a file format in ChemDraw, which AOO
knows.

Does ChemDraw provide OLE? Then you might get better results, when not
inserting as picture but as OLE-object.

This is not a bug on side of AOO.

Created attachment 84289

Structure in MS word from Chemdaw

Thanks for response. Please see in attachment how it looks like in MS word from
Chemdraw. The structure has to be on top-left in Chemdraw, then it shows as the
first picture in MS word. All other positions will give incomplete structure in
MS word.
