Edit contact list party form should not have primary key fields in editable mode.

It works fine in case of create contact list party but in case of edit it, shows editable primary key fields, we should restrict user to edit primary key fields. Steps to regenerate the issue : 
1). Click on marketing component.
2). Click on Contact List > find list and select any one from the list. 
3). Click on parties tab button > find the list of contact list parties > click on edit button.

Oops missed to close this issue.
Reason is when I came to close this issue then I noticed that changes are requested port into RB9.04 so forgot to close it.
