[C2] Patches for "build docs"

Can someone apply the following patches for me? This will fix the problem with "build docs". 

Steps:
1. Use the attached diff_stylebook.txt to patch the latest Stylebook from cvs.
2. Run "build package2" which will create stylebook-1.0-b3_xalan-2.jar
3. Use the attached diff-c2.txt to patch the latest C2 from cvs.
4. Run "build docs" and check the output in build\cocoon\docs directory.
