Table bug

If you have a nested table which is longer than one page (the sub-table is
the long one), FOP spews an infinite number of pages. I'm going to try to
simplify my test cases, but I had been using table nesting to get around the
lack of column spanning.

I also got bit by the out-of-date ssh problem, Arved.

Oh well, back to workflow training.
