Remote xindice error

Hi,

I'm running an Xindice 1.1b, i can't find how to use a remote Xindice url with line command tools... 

in my java prog i use the "xmldb:xindice://myHost:8888/db", that work fine, what about the command line???

(i've seen the -u switch with xindice 1.0... but it's not present with xindice1.1 -apparently)
