reviews.apache.org

Since ASF Infra is now running a version of review board for projects,
should we consider moving to it?

review.cloudera.org has served us well (thanks Todd and Cloudera!), but the
email rejection based on spam scoring is becoming a big pain and making it
harder to keep track of updates. Supposedly the ASF instance has email
integration with JIRA setup. So I'd like to kick off discussion on the
following:

* Any limitations to the ASF RB instance we should be aware of (anything
missing we had setup)? Anyone made use of it for Hadoop?

* How do we get HBase setup as a group?

* Should we move reviews over to reviews.apache.org?

I think we just need to file an INFRA ticket. We should specify that we want
both the SVN and the git repos set up.

+1 on moving over to reviews.apache.org. I helped them get the RB
integration set up last week and have access to the RB server there too via
the nice INFRA folks, so if we have any issues I can help out.

I found that the link for Bugs field doesn't work. e.g.
Bugs:
HBASE-3721 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/briwse/HBASE-3721>

INFRA fulfilled the reviews.apache.org hbase repo setup. I tried it
out. Looks like review request go do dev@hbase.apache.org (See Review
Request: hbase-3744 testing reviews.apache.or). What do folks think
of that? Want to try it for a while? If we don't like it, we could
ask INFRA to try and have the stuff go back up into JIRA (I'm game for
trying reviews going to dev@hbase.apache.org for a while -- gives
visibility on patch back and forth).

Excellent! Thanks for filing.

May not have been clear, but I'm +1 on moving as well. Just wanted to see
how to get things going, but appears they already are.

Yes. Sorry, I initiated the move w/o discussing first (at a Todd
offline suggestion). Pardon me. I filed a ticket w/ INFRA yesterday
to get our repo added. I didn't mean to rough-ride over discussion.
