   Documents to be translated are located at:docs/en/contribute/01-release.md
   The current directory 01-release.md is in Chinese, please translate it to English, because this directory belongs to English directory.
   
   > Note: This `issue` is only for contributors who have not contributed to eventmesh and want to contribute to eventmesh, and can only be claimed once per contributor!
