New List Member?

Hi,

	I'd like to introduce Paul Richards:

Paul's been involved in the i486 freeBSD project for quite a while and his
expertise ranges from in-depth UNIX (and freeBSD specific) knowledge, to
the management of internet-wide projects like Apache.  Even as a listener
he will be a valuable asset to the project.

Paul's from Cardiff, the same as Rob Hartill, Robert Evans and myself.  He
drinks beer and plays guitar.  He is one solid d00d ;)

If there are no objections could he please be added to the list?
