Commit: Logkit PatternFormatter added thread name

I added a new recognized pattern to the PatternFormatter class in
Avalon. 'thread' will display
the name of the thread which logged the event.

This is very useful for debugging problems on systems with large numbers
of interacting threads.

The defaults for the PatternFormatter have not changed.
