anecdotally working for me.  im mostly ready to merge this guy.  i can merge it simultaneously with BIGTOP-1547 which i hope to get done today.

right the smoke test is failing (thats a good thing :) its indicating that puppet recipe is not wiring tachyon perfectly into the stack)
