Target namespace for xml deployment schema
it seems that the current namespace for the
deploy.xml is currently:
http://ode.intalio.org/schemas/2006/04/01/ode-jbi
I guess it should be changed to something like
http://ode.apache.org/...

Yeah, I've done a good ole' replace all when importing the sources and I
guess that didn't work out so well on the urls. I'm kind of reluctant to
just change it directly as it's going to break everybody's processes so I
think we should support both urls to start with and then remove the old one
after a while.
