black screen on windows 10

Good Morning
I installed openmeetings on my windows 10. however when we entered the conference rooms only black screen does not show image even clicking to allow the flash player and the use of cameras and microphones.
Can someone help me.

Your OM is configured to use plain HTTP
You need to configure HTTPS otherwise browser blocks access to
Camera/Microphone
