Hi Jim,

I am sure that any contributions you make would be greatly appreciated 
by the FOP community. PCL is also an area of the project where we do not 
currently have an abundance of expertise. Please read 
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/dev/index.html#patches for details of 
how you are able to make contributions to the project.
