[I] [Bug] Dynamic Data Issue [echarts]

ChinaID opened a new issue, #20164:

   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   The data is displayed correctly on the chart if the data is fixed:

   But the data is displayed incorrectly on the chart if the it is loaded dynamically:
   a), sure the data is same as the fixed one.

   b), but it looks like it did not start from 1 but 2.

   ### Current Behavior
   
   The data is displayed incorrectly on the chart if the it is loaded dynamically:

   Correct display data on the chart whatever the it is fixed or loaded dynamically:

   直接把 response 赋给 data 就行，为什么要用 JSON.stringify 序列化为 JSON 字符串呢？data 入参应是一个数组。
