[ANNOUNCE] Apache OpenWhisk Wskdeploy (incubating) 0.9.8 released

Hi everyone,

We are pleased to announce that Apache OpenWhisk Wskdeploy (incubating) 0.9.8 are released.

Apache OpenWhisk Wskdeploy is a utility to help you describe and deploy any part of the OpenWhisk programming model using a Manifest file written in YAML.

The download links of the current release is available at:
https://openwhisk.apache.org/downloads.html

Vincent Hou
On behalf of the OpenWhisk team

=====
*DISCLAIMER*
Apache OpenWhisk Wskdeploy(incubating) is an effort undergoing incubation at The
Apache Software
Foundation (ASF), sponsored by Incubator.
Incubation is required of all newly accepted projects until a further
review indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision
making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful
ASF projects.
While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the completeness
or stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be
fully endorsed by the ASF.
