+In order to be able to work on PLC4X some tools have kindly been made available to Apache PLC4X committers.
+
+Jetbrains offers Licenses to IntelliJ to Apache Committers for free
+
+EJ-Technologies have also kindly provided the project with JProfiler licensed in order to track down some concurrency and memory usage problems.
