Discussion about library function load_responses

Dear community,

I have raised some issues in the Rived tcl libraries and have filed 3
bug reports: 52633 52650 52653

I want to ask the community of their opinion on report 52653:

Could you comment the questions in the second comment ?

Side question: does anybody (who) gets notified, if a bug report is
added ? I have tried to check that I am cc'd to the posting but I never
got an E-Mail from the bug tracking system.
