[jira] [Created] (TS-1874) Server Intercept is slower than it ought
to be
Leif Hedstrom created TS-1874:
---------------------------------
Summary: Server Intercept is slower than it ought to be
Key: TS-1874
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-1874
Project: Traffic Server
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Performance
Reporter: Leif Hedstrom
Even with a Content-Length header in the response from a server intercept (see TS-1381), the performance is sub-par. On my box, it's about 6x slower than serving the same content out of RAM cache. I'd expect the server intercept to be as fast, or faster.
