   This is what we agreed at the weekly bug scrab. We have some catch2 based micro-benchmark programs now. We want to run it on ci periodically ( daily? ) and see how it changes.
   
   - https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/blob/master/src/tscore/unit_tests/freelist_benchmark.cc
   - https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/8725
   
   1. Add a new job of make something like `make benchmark`
   2. Daily job on ci
   3. Show time-series data
