Update problem

When trying to do an update on a directory I get the following error
message:

Execute: Update
Error while performing action: REPORT request failed on
'/svn/!svn/vcc/default'

File not found: transaction '9hb', path
'/trunk/dev/products/wincollect/4.6/src/sql'

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Server: W2K using apache
Client: XP Pro
