[C1] [PATCH] pass headers and cookies to XSLT stylesheets

Hi,

The following patch passes headers and cookies to XSLT stylesheets, in addition
to the parameters. This allows stylesheets to generate a different page
depending on the value of various headers or cookies.

The patch is against the official 1.8 distribution.

To apply the patch, go in the cocoon directory and run

$ patch -p1 <XSLTProcessor-1.8.diff
