At the moment there is no easy way to enable maven profiles if the intellij IDEA project is imported via SBT. Only other work around is to set either OS level Environment variable SBT_MAVEN_PROFILES. 
So, in this patch we add a property sbt.maven.profiles, which can be configured at the time of importing spark in IntelliJ IDEA.
