SVN reorganisation

The BSF SVN structure is now as follows:

branches/bsf3.x - moved from trunk/bsf3 - current version of BSF 3.0

trunk - BSF 2.x and documentation (web-site)

At some point in the future, BSF3 could move to trunk, and BSF2 could
become a branch,
but for the present this seemed the simplest solution.
