NCSA httpd 1.4 Beta - change password FIXED

The change password problem has been fixed.
The problem was in the .htaccess file not
the server (Yes, I did a stupidity... sorry
I thought I checked it.) The URL to change
your password is:

http://hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/httpd-beta/beta-passwd.html
