In the PDF for the User detail administation page in RAVE-9 there's a "delete user" button. This should not only delete the row from the User table but also the User's Page, RegionWidgets, Preferences, WidgetRatings etc.

Fix Version/s: 0.6-INCUBATING
When a User is being deleted, also the following trails are deleted:
- Authorities
- Pages, their Regions, their RegionWidgets and their RegionWidgetPreferences
- WidgetRatings
- WidgetComments
The owner field in Widgets the User owns is set to null
