- new widget file upload via admin servlet causes 
"There was a problem encountered when trying to upload the package.
Cause: java.lang.NullPointerException"

- when using the REST API, server returns 201 but no widget is created

unable to see the console output on http://demo.ict-omelette.eu/ therefore no stack trace

Don't bother posting the .wgt file, this is a generic issue.
