I receive this same error using the cvs task to pull out the files I want to 
build. I believe my path is ok because I can run my script with jdk1.2.2 as my 
JAVA_HOME but as soon as I switch to jdk1.3 the cvs task fails with 
java.io.IOException CreateProcess cvs -d etc Error=2.

It does not appear that I can use the vmlauncher attribute in the cvs task as 
has been allowed in the exec task to cure this problem.

Is there anything else I can do ?  Thanks.
