How to get the i18n translation messages in java class

Hi,
Im using cocoon 2.1.10 CForms.
Im have been using i18n translations for my application.

Now i've some text is DB and that need to be translated for different
locales.

How to get the translation resource bundle in java class??
so tht i can change the text to translated text based on the locale.

Any suggestions to solve this problem,
