minor javadoc problem - broken javadoc link to http://jakarta.apa che.org/log4j/docs/api/org/apache/log4j/xml/doc-files/log4j.dtd

I hope that this is the proper way to start reporting this:

as the log4j XML descriptor, but the page cannot be located on the site:
where can the DTD be obtained from?

Where should I log this break to?
