[users@httpd] Where's AB?

(Apache 1.3.26 on Windows 2000 Pro)

In a thread on the mod_python list someone was mentioning the ab
benchmarking tool. That got me curious about the programs that come with
Apache. I opened http://localhost/manual/programs and I got a page with the
title: "Server and Supporting Programs". Out of the 10 programs listed there
I could find only 5 (httpd AKA apache.exe on my machine, htdigest,
htpassword, logresolve, and rotatelogs). Are the others (apachectl, ab,
apxs, dbmmanage, and suexec) for *nix only? If they're available for the
Win32 platform, where do I get them? I installed from an MSI script. Would I
get them if I 'rolled my own'?

TIA,

Robert Lilly
