   ### Description
   
   This PR adds a `group_id` column to `sys.tasks` table. The tasks API of OverlordResource will now show the group_id of tasks.
   Added a `groupId` field to `TaskInfo` and `TaskStatusPlus`. The groupId is present in the Task object, now it's exposed via the API's.
   
   
   This PR has:
   - [x] been self-reviewed.
   - [x] added documentation for new or modified features or behaviors.
   - [x] added unit tests or modified existing tests to cover new code paths.
   - [x] been tested in a test Druid cluster.
