$ ./bin/pulsar-admin namespaces list public

Reason: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: org.apache.pulsar.client.admin.internal.http.AsyncHttpConnector$RetryException: Could not complete the operation. Number of retries has been exhausted. Failed reason: pulsar-server-proxy
