Following up the [thought|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FALCON-824?focusedCommentId=14195567&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-14195567] on FALCON-824, attempting to remove all server side dependency of hadoop/hive/hacatalog/oozie from falcon (except for unit & integration tests) and purely make them dependent on the client libs.
