Hadoop 3.1.2 missing from download site?

The Hadoop 3.1.2 download links seem to be broken on https://hadoop.apache.org/releases.html

Was it removed on purpose?

Thank you for your report.
Old releases are moved to the archive site (
https://archive.apache.org/dist/hadoop/common/) on purpose. I'll remove the
Hadoop 3.1.2 download link.
