[ANN] Maven Dependency Analyzer 1.4 Released

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Maven 
Dependency Analyzer, version 1.4

As the name implies, the Maven dependency analyzer analyzes the 
dependencies of a project for undeclared or unused artifacts.
