Requesting empty git repository for Samza podling.  We don't have another repo to clone from; we'll be doing one large initial commit.

Initial commiters: Jakob Homan (jghoman), Jay Kreps (jkreps), Chris Riccomini (criccomini), Sriram Subramanian (sriramsub)

Chris and Sriram are new committers, whose accounts I created via the online tool.  However, when I tried to add them into asf-authorization-template, they were rejected by the pre-hook as unknown usernames.  Not sure if that's germane here.
