It appears that part of the problem may be that there is more than one
of the classes in the lib directory.
jsr173_1.0_api.jar, jaxrpc.jar, apache-xbean.jar all have it, so I
don't know yet which one is causing the problem.
I am using Solaris 8, jdk build 1.5.0-b64

~ OK, found the problem, in target name "compile" the 'source = 1.4'
needs to be source=1.5 in order to work.
~ I got an error with target name="test", but that may be because I
don't have any tests in the directory.
