### Environment

* Dubbo version: 2.7.5
* Operating System version: win10
* Java version:1.8

### Steps to reproduce this issue
dubbo2.7.3升级2.7.5后之后
发现 yml配置的dubbo.provider.version失效导致报空值指针错误
