mailist/ adjustment
I've removed the list- prefix from maillist/ pods so it's more intuitive
when linking to them from the pods maillist::modperl, rather than
maillist::list-modperl

Oops, didn't think that the DocSet linkchecker works only on L<>. Thanks
for the correction.
I'll run a real link checker and fix the rest if any.

+1, but this is probably breaking some sections outside of pod too (for
example the sites.html I just submitted had a broken link which I corrected).
